Bapun Raz, what exactly do they need to elaborate on?? The problem is pretty clear.

dragggon, your language pack is not made for 1.6, it's made for 1.4. Use a 1.6 compatible language pack.

No, I used english languaeg pack 1.6 that default and still same problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These language strings were added in 1.6, if your language pack had them, it'd show text. Your language pack is missing language strings.

BUT HOW TO ADD THEM ?

You just need to add this to the member.lang.php file for your language:

$l['admin_edit_in_acp'] = "Edit this user in Admin CP";
$l['admin_ban_in_acp'] = "Ban this user in Admin CP";

and then just translate the text. But if this language pack isn't complete, which is clearly isn't, you're going to have missing text in other places too.

I dont havemissing text anywhere but admin options
