Is there a way to change a setting so when you log into or visit my forum all the threads are "shrunk" so all you see is the actual categories?

If you collapse them all before you log out then you can log back in they should all be colapsed.
But no idea if there is a way to do it for all members globally

That is what I meant to ask, where is the global setting. I have searched and searched and know there has to be an option somewhere.
