Is there a way for people to save their favourite posts, so like bookmark them? They have this feature on Vbullitin and am wondering if mybb has it as well...

They can subscribe to a thread.

But, is there anyway for someone to "bookmark" a post so they can reply to it later?

Subscribing to a thread would be the easiest way to do it. Unless you want someone to make you a plugin.
