Are there any blog features I can download to mybb?

You could make a thread and lock it so only you can post in it.

Nickman did have a MyBlogs plugin but he no longer has it available for download
The only other thing is to get Wordpress or use a forum that only you or certain members can post in.

DO you think if I private messages Nickman he could give me the MyBlogs download?

Well if he made it unavailable I don't think so, but it's worth a shot.

I would suggest just using wordpress, as MyBlogs was the only blog plugin for MyBB I have seen, and that is now gone.

I prefer making my own blog and just linking it in the header. But we all have our own different likings.

Well you could modify the portal page a little bit, and use that.

I emailed him, and he said it went down for security reasons. He said he is currently making an updated MyBlogs for mybb 1.6 and it will have more features.
