i have missing some file
and i cannot insert the smilies when click on it.
this bugs found when i upgrade from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2

It might be a template issue, but I'm not sure. Never happened to me on my upgrade.

I would compare the templates that relate to that between both versions. Come to a conclusion after.
i try to set default template , but it's same and missing the icon and some bugs on smilies

Did you try uploading the image file again from mybb 1.6.2 file to your root file? Just a suggestion, not sure if it will work or mess things up though.
