Well.My current server is infected with all kinds of viruses.So I want to clean my entire files and add the latest MyBB 1.6.2 to it.I'll stil; have my SQL.

So i won't loose any kind of data right ? themes,templates or any other changes ?

Find out why you have so many viruses on your server at all. Are you running any software that has had security patches to it??

But yes, delete all the files (excluding ./inc/config.php and ./inc/settings.php) and then reupload them.

If you have viruses on your server (does this mean you are on a windows server??), you should be getting rid of them before you upload fresh MyBB files....
