Well not sure if you've used HostGator, but they are an unlimited webhost and I've used them for around 3-4 years with no downtime, awesome speed, excellent support and great features.
Really? I had them for a few months and it was very apparent how much they oversell. I remember someone else had a rapidly growing forum, that was always suspended, because they used too much resources.
