Well you do need a new host, 000webhost is quite terrible, but the real issue is your theme, trying reinstalling your theme, it should work. It just looks like the paths are wrong, because i see no CSS at the path define in your source.

This might be a dumb question, but how do I reinstall my theme?
I'm just using the default.
Remove it from the ACP and then upload it again.
I have absoloutely no experience with themes.
I removed it, and now I don't know how to add it again, I can only import a theme from my pc or url...
I know this sucks, but can you give exact steps?

1. To restore a database, you click the SQL tab (on newer versions of phpMyAdmin there is an "Import" tab).
2. On the "SQL"-page , unclick the show query here again.
3. Browse to your backup of the database.
4. Click "Go".
