now i try to login, and after i login, i back to the main page( but still i am a guest, and i need to login again), so i can't login to my forum anymore( and all the other members). only to the AdminCP i can to login.

Your cookie settings are wrong. It should be:

Cookie domain: .wow-israel.bbheb.com
Cookie path: /forum/
