Where can I buy pre-made themes?
It's just temporary, untill my forum gets a custom one.

http://nanoskinners.com/ offers tons of them too.
However if I were you, I'd just wait for that custom theme you're getting. No point in spending money in a theme if you're going to spend even more on a new one.
Wow, that's pretty much, if there standard is the stuff in the portfolio.
I made a request, and sat my budget at 50 USD.
