I am kind of a newbie when it comes to validation. Therefore, when using the w3 validator i got the following error

Checked the line, doesn't seem to be anything wrong.
Site is techied.net, Am I missing something. I am getting mbstring turned on.

The error was: utf8 "\xC2" does not map to Unicode
