My forum is http://ForuMansion.com just now I endured a 1040 To many connections error. How can I resolve this?

Your not with HostGator by any chance?

If so we had similar problem due to their very low max user connections of 25 at one time. Every time the chat was used with the forum we had these issues even though there was only around 10 max users using both.

Sure if you contact them they will let you know what is causing the problem with the connection issue. Could even be a plugin not closing when using quite a few connections.

We have now moved to a better host and error free at last.

Ok, for now it's resolved. Yes I'm using hostgator, any suggestions on a better/cheap host?

200 user connections instead of 25 and we now run the forum plus Ajax chat,gallery and quite a few plugins without any problems and they will move your forum over for free.

Best thing we have done so far.
