When I try to upload attachment it gives me an error:

The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again. Error details: The attachment could not be found on the server.

How to fix it?

CHMOD ./uploads/ folder to 777

It doesn't work maybe because I use Proxy because I can't access my forum.

You've to go in your CPanel > File Manager > Forum's Root > select uploads folder and change its permissions to 777 .

I did it but doesn't WORK!

So you're using a proxy?? Can you not try it without a proxy at all...??

I cannot access my forum without proxy i don't know why....
and my friend tried without proxy and again it gives this error ...
ANY HELP?
