If i remember correctly, ask you host to disable magic quotes.

Your host should disable magic quotes, but to fix the error, in ./inc/class_core.php, line 165:
set_magic_quotes_runtime(0);
and change it to;
@set_magic_quotes_runtime(0);
set_magic_quotes_runtime(0);
and change it to;
@set_magic_quotes_runtime(0);
