I need someone to help me with a few things, at my new theme.
-I basically just need some stuff edited, but I don't know the names of it, location etc.

You can see that there is a light blue background, at the names.
Where the rep is stated etc.
I think it's ugly .

Its in postbit_author_user template of "Postbit Templates".

I found the picture "post_userbit", and I just deleted it.
