This probably isn't the place to find such things to be honest... If I were you I'd focus more on advertising to the modding communities such as TTG and Se7ensins... Recruiting these people here would most likely result in staff that don't know much about your topic.
Do not even try to be a mod their. I was, Got one every so often. Provided hosting. Even posted more then the owner. Got on one day. Was no longer a mod. Hes a scam. Do not do it

I Took You Off My Staff Only Cuz You Was Never On And My Site Was Always Down On Your Hosting Contacted You About It You Never Did Anything So I Went To A Different Host
