Hello sir i am not able to send Pm when i fulfill every columns then this error comes.

No,I installed a theme. please check at - inurland.com
Also i am a admin and try to send pm to another admin.
Also i am super admin.
Also after checking i found no one able to send Pm to staff even if i super admin.
So can you tell me how to make this able to send?
So every staff can send pm to another staff.

There's no point in trying to bump so soon, we're not machines who live on here, and your posts will just be merged anyway.
It'll only say this if the message is empty, so if you're entering text and it's still giving this error then the template probably isn't default; can you post login details for a test account so we can get to the PM page??
I created sir but i am not able to send you Pm getting same problem.
Did you blocked PM?
One more thing after investigation i found that staff cannot able to send Pm to another staff even if they approved them!
