I have two myBB boards running under a /community/ directory on my site. They are:

And I have a problem with dueling cookies. And with the hdlis board not setting it's cookie.

What would the best cookie domain and path setup be to eliminate the cookie problem?

Oh, and both boards are running RC2, the FOmarls board will be used to further test why I had problems upgrading from RC2 to RC4 on a different site. And for those who may post useless drivel like "Just upgrade" I won't upgrade until a previous problem is fixed.

I haven't used RC2 so I wouldn't know the set up of it, or how it works. But, if you have this option, then try it:

Admin CP -> Board Settings -> Change -> General Configuration -> "Cookie Domain" -> /hdlis/

yeah set the cookie domain to the full domain and the cooke path to /community/hdlis/ and /community/FOmarls/ repectively. You'll have to clear the old cookies (use the help page on cookies) before the cookie war will end on your own computer.

That seems to have fixed it. I always have trouble with setting cookies. ^^
