Is there a Modification for a Posting Format Structure?
For an example if i want this below in a 'New Topic' option.

[b]Site:[/b]
MyBB:
Name:
Age:

Something like that in a Posting Format Structure.

I don't quite understand you. You mean a box on top of every forum, or make that text appear when you go to a new reply page?

When you create a 'New Topic' you have a default posting format.
I can't find a modification for it.

It hasn't been updated to 1.6 yet though, and I'm not sure if it works right out of the box just by changing the compatibility line.

This works too.

I have forgotten my password there and i sent an request to my MSN E-mail for a new password and it ain't working.

Could anyone download that file for me?

We're not allowed to do that, the license prohibits redistribution of the files.

Contact labrocca or Pirata Nervo (not sure which forum you're trying to download from) and ask for your password to be manually reset.
