I am using the default template, V 1.6 and I'm having a devil of a time with this. What I want to do is put the DLGuard php code AT THE VERY TOP of the index.php page to make it into a paid membership site.
Can DLGuard be used with mybb in this way?

Now that you mention it, I suppose every page...I assume that if I just put it at the top of index.php that the other pages will be open to public scrutiny? Is that right?

MyBB doesn't support PHP in the template system without a plugin by Yumi.
