Does google care if we have iframes on pages?

As long as the page that is within the iframe doesn't contain any ads, correct?

Thanks

Such as, displaying our Rules page in an iframe within the main index page as long as the rules page contains no ads?
Why not just add the rules on, say, the sidebar?
Well I made an iframe that should display our online.php page that refreshes like it normally does.

I haven't tested it yet, since I have ads on my index page but not on the online.php page which I am displaying in an iframe on the index page.

I just wasn't sure if iframes were highly thought of by google?
Personally I think it would be better to use a php includes so you can pull the information like the boar statics does. But, maybe I'm just not understanding what you want perfectly. That's what google recommends web masters read regarding the issue.
