You only have 40 members, And you currently have 1 Super-mod and 2 Admins. You don't need to look for staff, You should be able to control 40 members on your own.

Wow, i am amazed. Over 1200 views and only two posts.

Anyway, i only have one admin, not including me because the moderator is me and i am admin too so there is basically no moderator. Also, the other admin is my friend but he is not being active on the site and as bad bieber said, they are forum service positions. Pm me if you are interested.

This. Also every one of your benefits is relative to YOUR forum alone, which is completely worthless since there's nothing of value on your forum. Why would someone that's staff on your forum want to be paid in forum cash anyway? They should get that on top of real benefits. Money is always a good benefit...
