Today when I went to my site it said Malware has been detected.
And it shown me the link.
But, how can I remove this link from my site, how can I search it ?
Where exactly it shows the error ?

I suggest you re-upload the MyBB files, and change all passwords, such as the database, admin, ftp etc passwords. See if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't, do a search of the templates for the link (In the ACP -> Templates and Style -> Templates -> Search and Replace.)
