I want to change each forum image buttons (like new thread, new reply and postbit buttons) in the thread template from image to simple text.
Text highlighted with the css.

Is possible to do that?
If yes, how?

Yes, its possible but you've to edit a lot of templates, like showthread, forumdisplay, postbit, postbit_classic etc.
