I want to convert from IPB to MyBB, however, I have some qeustions.
We want 2 boards to have the same member database, is this possible?
Also, is there a good mod which can help me with the website?
And is there a converter from IPB 3.1 to MyBB?

With the second question, what do you mean 'help you build the website'?
I believe dylan has a beta of the ipb3 converter. I know he was working on one.
