I have been working with Dreamweaver and its templates. Is it possible for me to make a design on Dreamweaver and convert it to work with MyBB. If so, I will even take the most complicated tutorials, I just want to know.

You'd basically have to do the theme twice. and it'd take hours longer

No. You have to implement your code and design into the templates and the CSS.

Head over to the Templates & Style section in your Admin CP and start exploring!
