I prefer to use the My Ads on http://mybbcentral.com. You'll need to be a subscriber though, it will put links in the header/footer/side and inbetween posts.

Open up the header and put one in for yourself.

I'm not good in MyBB editing or anything that is related to MyBB.. I only know how to setup, add forum in and etc .... (Things that can be done in Cpanel)

And pretty sure spoiler tags have nothing to do with advertisements..?
