The original Gyarados theme was better.
The Victini would be too if it had matching icons.

I'm glad you replaced the previous theme and going back to something similar to your original. It looks better, but the original Gyarados can't be beaten.
I see you keep talking about revival, which is great & all, but I notice your post activity is really iffy.
You're the owner, you're the leader.
Lead as many discussion threads as you can. 30 - 50 threads per day. Reply in some, so maybe around 40 - 60 posts in total.
Unfortunately, while it feels nice to depend on others, you can't at this point since it's clear activity dives off too fast.
Most of your members visits, sees no new topic, and leaves. You can't fully rely on your small amount of members to start all the topics either.
Since it's your forum that you want to succeed, you need to lead it to success. Start with approximately 40 - 60 posts per day, around 30 - 50 of them are threads starters.
