Hello, how to enable moderators to move posts to another thread?

Move posts to another thread ?
First split the thread and then merge the posts with the thread you want to move

I mean one or more posts from the thread and make it disappear from the original (keeping the number in users posts).

Yes, that's what i said..
first check the box on the posts which you want to move from the original thread, then from the bottom "Inline post moderation" drop down menu, select the option "split posts"
it will create a new thread with the posts you have decided to split.
second, go to the thread where you want to merge these posts , then in the "moderation options "click on "merge threads" >> give the path of the thread which you newly created by splitting posts >> click on "merge threads" and you are done
