Is there a way to suspend someone's pm ability just like you can with a signature?

create a new user group and in "users and permissions" uncheck this "Can use private messaging"

I release all my plugins no matter how basic they are as subscriber plugins, theres just so many guys out there that will download plugins and not bother to thank the author.

A subscription at my forum is $7, which works out at about 10 cent per day. I dont think thats too much to ask anybody for the time and support that i give for each of the plugins.

Having said that, your entitled to your opinion and I respect that
