Were you trying to upgrade, or install?

I was trying to upgrade. The previous version 1.0 was running on my retired server. I was able to get the old version to run on the new server after reseting the password in the config.php script. But I did not have the ability to perform admin duties.
After I attempted the update, I received the errors listed above. First error is during the install. The second error is in attempt to access the BB.
