So I am running a gaming website, but I want to make a Guild for an upcoming game and wanted to use the same website, but have separate forums for the guild or have a specific link that goes to forums that have a different theme, so instead of my sites logo on the top it would be my guild logo.

Is there any way to do this?

Yes.

Admin CP > Forums & Posts > Forum Management > Select a forum > Edit Forum Settings > Additional Forum Options > Style Options > Forum-Specific-Style.

Then select a different theme for that specific forum.
