It becomes a little too similar when logo layouts start to become identical, including the TradeMark (which I'm about 99% sure someone who can't/doesn't use proper punctuation spacing, as well as various other spelling mishaps, wouldn't have trademarks on a forum name).. but like they say, ignorance is bliss. I wish people could be a little more original. *sighs*

the stripes blend in much better with the other (blue) colors.
Your background is so much darker, so the stripes are "harder on the eyes" after a while.

Sorry to say, but just as others mentioned, it looks a lot like HF+MyBB central.
You should try making more modern and unique theme.
Darn, this was my first theme, yes it looked like HF, I accept it, bump too much?
And even I stopped working on GFXBAY project in April only.
