On my forum I have the problem that, if somebody has lost his/her password and uses the "Lost password?"-link he/she gets two mails with a code.
But non of these codes works. So it's impossible fot members to retreive or get a new password. Wat's wrong? Has somebody a suggestion?

It'll only send two emails if they submit the form twice, are you sure they're only doing it once??

I'm not sure Matt, that's what they told me. But anyway, the codes did'nt work, do you have any idea why not?

What does it actually say/do when they click the link then?? Says the code is wrong?? Because the code is generated and then stored in the database to be selected again when they click the link...
