Why? Lots of people make money off of free software.
For example, Ubuntu, Novell, to name a few.
Stely, I don't get why so many people dislike others earning money off Mybb.. They put a lot of work into what they do, and deserve it.
Mybb team have spent and are speding lots of effort in al these years on mybb software / updates so others that 3 plugins get all the money?

I dint see why. He has put effort into it, writing his plugins. People who write plugins for all kinds of software make money from it. Labrocca makes a reasonable amount from his subscribers (who wouldn't have subscribed if he didn't have a forum) but that doesn't make it wrong.
If nobody made money from other software they would have to write there own, so we'd have thousands of BB softwares.
Jealousy is never a good look. Pirata's given a lot back to the community and spent a lot of his time developing these plugins, so why shouldn't he make something back? You'r eonly angry because you don't want to pay, let's be honest.
That's like saying making money from coding anything should be illegal.
Good for him.
He made his plugins, he can sell them for whatever price he wants to. If it's an unreasonable price nobody would pay for it.
