Can anyone explain how I should go about fixing this?

The most replied to threads all say '0 replies', which is not true for most of them. Some of them have 0 replies, and some have many.

ACP > Tools & Maintenance > Cache Manager > rebuild the most_replied_threads and most_viewed_threads ones.
