Hi,

I wanted to be able to design my own forum's skin, but to do this I have to make a number of .gif images. Problem is, I don't know how to do this through Photoshop and have them actually look decent for the web.

When I try to save a thead_bg.gif [Image: thead_bg.gif], the gradient goes and it becomes two colours, the dark colour and the shade of white.

So, if someone could tell me how I can produce quality .gif images for the web, that'd be much appreciated. Otherwise, can someone give me a good way of knowing how to edit the template (what files?) to change thead_bg.gif to thead_bg.png. I can make .png files with good quality.

Ideas?
Just change the global.css stylesheet to reference .png files rather than .gif files for the theads Wink
