You barely stated anything.
Upload your smilies folder in ./images/ folder of your forum. (Lets assume you have smilies2 folder containing all the smilies)
Go to: ACP Configurations > Smilies > Add Multiple Smilies > and give the "path of your smilies folder" e.g. images/smilies2
As Yaldaram said,for multiple smilies to be added,goto the option Yaldaram said or if you wanna add just 1,you can click Add a smiley
Just make another folder named smilies2 in your images path of your forums to separate it with default ones.
