How do u fix this issue so it goes straight to the forum

Stop opening multiple threads regarding the same problem. You already have this thread here: http://community.mybb.com/thread-90907.html
Then you opened 2 separate threads describing the problems already described in there which I already merged. Now this one again. We understand your looking to fix this issue but opening multiple threads will not help you solve the issue any faster.

Did you try any of the suggestions offered in your other thread?
