My server is not able to send mail , Can i use free google apps to send mail?
how to configure it please say thanks.

Mail servers are tricky to set-up, if this is shared hosting and you can't send at least a small amount of mail, then you *need* a new host.

I meant to say how can i use smtp server to send the mails?

AdminCP --> Settings --> Mail Settings --> Change Mail Handler to SMTP.
The mail-server config details can then be entered there.
