I apologise if this seems a dumb question, but we want to simply 'wrap' MyBB into our existing school website template content area, and need to know which files to change to achieve this.

Well, the template is in HTML.

Template Set >
Choose which template you want to edit
I think the mybb template was located under images/name of template of mybb code....
