This stupid cookie thing is doing my head in

these are the settings i have

$settings['cookiedomain'] = "holdenspares.com/";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "/";
$settings['cookieprefix'] = "mybb_";

these are the settings in the settings.php

the forum is just sitting on the main domain
http://www.holdenspares.com

If you are having a issue with logging in, try replacing it with these settings
$settings['cookiedomain'] = ".holdenspares.com";
$settings['cookiepath'] = "/";
$settings['cookieprefix'] = "mybb_";

Why did you change them from what they were when you installed...?? The installer wouldn't have put those settings in.
