In my forum there was one thread with more than 1,000 views and 30 + replies , this thread got deleted. and idk why?

is there anything in mybb that after the thread reaches example 1K views it will be deleted of what ?

No, check your moderator logs.

Maybe one of your moderators / other admins did it...? If you have any, if not... I don't know

whoever created the thread may also have deleted it, if you allow your users to delete their own threads

I checked all the logs , nobody deleted that thread.

MyBB does not just decide to delete a thread by itself. A member may have done it, or someone compromised your server and deleted it via phpMyAdmin. Check your server logs.
