I like the second more than the first. The first logo is not good, you must reduce the inner shadow in my opnion and the second, didn't like the borders in tborder
I have to agree with Joenn, the second is better than the first. But, again, the black bar needs to go on the second. Also, maybe a different background would be better on the first.
Your second theme is better, i like it most :] the first one needs some work.
