Plugin: Topic Message
Description: It Shows A Message Which Is Set By You On The Top Or The Bottom Of The Showthread Page.
Author = Mohammad Zangeneh (Kevin - Me )
Install - Uninstall:
Activation:
1- Upload inc/plugins/topicmsg.php To Your Host.
2- Upload inc/languages/english/admin/topicmsg_admin.lang.php To your Host.
3- Go To ACP --> Plugins --> Topic Message And Active The Plugin.
4- Go To ACP --> Configuration --> Topic Message Settings.

Deactivation:
Go To ACP --> Plugins --> Topic Message And DeActive The Plugin.
Or
Go To ACP --> Configuration --> Topic Message Off The Plugin.
