Hi

How can I ensure that the user will accept the rules, terms and conditions of my forum when it is signing in?

By clicking on "I Agree" button while signing up, the user is going to accept your forum rules.

If you mean that:

1. He should accept them everytime they LOGIN/SIGN IN

How do I alter the terms and conditions shown at the registration process?
Is it normal to get all the detailed rules in there?

You can modify the rules from there.

Is that plugin translation to english usable? Didn't feel much looking at the plugin page.

So what you are saying is that the default terms and conditions page are immutable?

Go to Admin Control Panel -> Configuration and Settings -> languages -> YOUR Language Set -> member.lang -> Edit and find;

agreement_4
agreement_5

Edit any one or all those agreements for your needs.
