I got this hosting but my main domain isn't working and their customer service / tickets are not answered. So I'm beginning to think it's a rubbish hosting. So I might wanna change. I made a FULL BACKUP of my whole site . The DB and all stuffs like that. If I were to get a new hosting, I can just reupload the database and it's done right ?

And what offshore hosting is cheap and good ? I'm using Synchost.org right now.

Yes you would need to take a full backup of your database and all your files.

On the new host, you upload the files, import the database using phpmyadmin, edit inc/config.php to reflect the details of the new database/host and you would be good to go. If your domain has changed then you'll need to edit that and cookies in inc/settings.php and again in the admincp after its setup.

As for hosting, do a search on the board, there have been many threads about host recommendations.

Because the host I'm using is an offshore with 1$/month and their service really sucks. So I have to change in order to start my business on.
