I installed a support board for someone and she set up a list of custom profile options that members must fill out and have in their profile.

Some of the selections to fill are a long list of check boxes to select. They can select one or multiple symptoms.

There are TWO of these fields. The first one is fine. I can select many or all of the check boxes.

The second field of the same type with multiple check boxes.
I cannot select more than 3 or 4 before it yields an error saying:

You did not select a valid option for the "what's wrong?" field. Please select a value from the presented choices.

I set the exact same custom fields on my test board with NO plugins or anything. A clean board. I get the same problem.

I CAN change one of the fields to a multiple choice selection field but for that site, I don't think we can handle it there. Many of the members are not very computer savvy and some are just so ill they can't grasp simple things. Check boxes are obvious and easy.

Anyone run across this?
Any clues what to do?

Anyone have an answer to this? I really need to resolve this for these ladies.
