Ho can I set minimum character requirement in custom profile fields?

So that, say "How did you find us?" isn't just "a friend told me"

I believe this would require a plugin. There is only a setting to set the maximum length at the moment. I recommend suggesting this as a new feature, as I think it would be useful.

If the field is a textarea it might be due to a bug I just filed: http://dev.mybb.com/issues/1525
