What is it supposed to do anyway? List all possible new posts that a user hasn't viewed or last 24 hrs new posts? Because mine doesnt' seem to work...

in your template. for the theme you are using.

I cant seem to find which template of my theme its in...

Its in Header templates > header_welcomeblock_member.

However, it still doesn't show all the new posts for the past 1 month. Is it supposed to work like this or is it supposed to display all the threads/posts I haven't viewed yet?

It only shows the post unread since 24 hours passed.
